BOOKING
All bookings must be confirmed by email or post. Bookings are confirmed once a 30% deposit has been paid (minimum of one night). For stays over 4 days, the balance must be paid on arrival.

CANCELLATION
- If you need to cancel less than 30 days before the first day of your stay, we cannot refund the deposit -If you cancel 72 hours before the first day of your stay or less, you will be liable to pay in full.

We normally expect guests to check out the room by 11 a.m Any booking requires you to accept the conditions of sale.
